The ceremony was attended by board members, representatives of the companies that designed, supervised, and constructed the new building, and guests.
Many members who attended the ceremony through live streaming with joy and gratitude for the completion of the “Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel Open to Society” where everyone, regardless of religion, sect, or faith, can communicate with all the spirits with whom they have a connection. We pledged to work together with the ancestral spirits to create a new civilization and to expand the circle of people living happily in eternal life.

On the same day, a “Service to Report Completion” was held at 10:00 a.m. at the Komyo Sanctuary. Representing the Client of the construction of new Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel, President Tatsuo Shimoji of Toho-no-Hikari, the board of directors, and the people involved in the design, supervision, and construction of the new Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel attended the ceremony. With deep gratitude, they reported Meishu-sama the completion of the new Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel. Afterwards, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in front of the approach from the parking lot to the main entrance of the Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel.

At 11:00 a.m., the “Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel Completion Ceremony” was held in the worship hall on the third floor. First, with the background music of No. 38 from Handel’s “Messiah,” the music favored by Meishu-sama, a light show was performed to express the diffusion of light from the divine scroll of the ancestral alcove in the hall with the lights dimmed. While the entire worship hall was illuminated by lights, the officient recited Norito prayer to Kakuriyo-no-Okami and the ancestral spirits respectively. After the flower was offered by the officient, the client, the design supervisor, the builder, the guests, and representatives of the attendees, all the attendees recited the Zengensanji prayer.

The client greeted and expressed his gratitude to all the guests who attended the commemorative dedication ceremony, including those from various companies who had worked hard to overcome difficulties in the construction that began during the time of the Corona disaster. Also, he expressed gratitude to all the members in Japan and overseas for their deep faith and dedication to Meishu-sama which made the completion of the Ancestral Chapel possible as well as the guidance of the spirit of the predecessors in the spirit world.

It was introduced that this new Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel is built on a spot at the foot of Meishu-sama’s Mausoleum and next to the Shinsenkyo – Place of Scenic Beauty and look up Mt. Kamiyama, which Meishu-sama designated as the center of the world. We confirmed that the spirit of the Okada family, the pioneers, those who have made distinguished services, our ancestors, family members, relatives, and related spirits, and all the victims of wars, conflicts, and disasters around the world are enshrined at the ancestral alcove.

Referring to Meishu-sama’s view of human beings, he explains that all people who are born into this world are born for the construction of an ideal world by repeating reincarnation, and that each one of us can walk the path to happiness by awakening to our true mission and living for the sake of others. He emphasized that Meishu-sama has shown us that our way of life based on this leads to the improvement of our ancestors’ spirits in the spiritual world, which in turn is reflected to our happiness, and that in such a correspondence between the spiritual world and the physical world, human beings can live eternal lives with happiness.

The new Shibikyu Ancestral Chapel is an “open Ancestral Chapel” where everyone, regardless of religion, denomination, or faith, can pray for the spirits with whom they are connected and communicate with their hearts.
He expressed his passionate desire to seek together the teachings of Meishu-sama toward the creation of a new civilization, and to expand the circle of people who live eternal life happily together with our ancestors.
